Annual events for public participation: Eelgrass Restoration

From 2013 until the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, ShiRP organized an annual event inviting the public to participate in a hands-on eelgrass restoration opportunity, where citizens and families helped assemble and deploy eelgrass seeds into Shinnecock Bay.
