Hands on fieldwork for K-12 students: Clam Plantings (2012-2019)

To date, ShiRP has placed almost 5 million hard clams into designated spawner sanctuaries. This has required a lot of manpower for deployment! Over the years, we have taken dozens of school groups, university students, and local citizens with us to distribute hard clams into the bay.
